Distilled Homes is a design-build firm in Dallas–Fort Worth. We design custom homes and remodels in-house and build them with our own construction team, so the people who draw your home are the same people who see it through to move-in day.
The name is how we work. Every project starts with everything a home could be, then gets distilled down to what matters most to you: how you live, how you gather, how you want each room to feel. What's left is refined, practical and built to last.
Design, pricing, scheduling and construction all happen under one roof, and you can see all of it. Every client gets a private portal with their plans, selections, schedule, approvals and billing in one place, so you always know where things stand.
